Is it just me or do you think the BBC should be doing more to promote this coming week of Neighbours what with the 20th Anniversary episode being on Tuesday?

I think most people would be unaware it was happening this week if they didn't read DigitalSpy or any other Television information-source.

It's just such a big deal for me as I have watched since the very beginning, and it is always absolutely brilliant when they bring old characters back.

I missed the first two episodes which contained Annalise's intro to the Docu but if BBC had advertised that they were showing from Thursday I would have made sure I stayed in!

I kind of agree.. I know they have other things to push however they have advertised it in the past, when there has been less important storylines/events etc. It seems a shame..

just watched todays episode and they said at the end its the anniversary episode tomorrow with a special episode on straight after. also that breakfast time will be live from australia celebrating the event......

but i agree they should be doing more to promote it.

The had a special interview this morning with Mark Little (aka Joe Mangel) on BBC Breakfast news which was all abotu hi return and the 20th Birthday.

They also advertised that tomorrow they will be have sections live from Ramsey Street on the programme...presented by Andi Peters...lol

I like the fact that they pointed out what everyone thinks, that Conner is just another Lance! It'll be funny when they meet, they could be brothers.

There aren't any trailers for it though are there? There should be. The last one I clearly remember was for Toadie and Dee's wedding, and this is a much more momentous occassion than that.

No. I think if she did a Harold and randomly turned up it would push the realms of realism a tad.

well with the which happens in Oz next week, maybe someone will find her and theyll come back together!

I agree that it should have been promoted more.

Though I think that the BBC regard it as a student programme and dont give it the same amount of respect as it's other soaps.

Neighbours is enjoyable enough, and if they are happy to show it, I cannot see why the dont give it the same exposure......
