Sort of vaguely knew who James was before SCD, probably caught him on RSC or the like - but now OMG!! I'm most upset if I can't catch my daily dose of ITT and Sweet on UK Food!!. Back to ITT, can't say that I really liked the pinstripe suit from last week, I think he looks much better casual, but I forced myself to watch!! All the dancing training is really doing him good, you can really tell from the old Sweet shows that he's lost weight and looks much better for it!!

OK, so I have slow finding this chatroom that Claudia keeps talking about but now that I have I am very glad. Ladies it is nice to know that I am not the only one who would like to have this Chef for dinner, instead of cooking dinner! He seriously makes that show worth watching.

So Colin Jackson and Darren Gough are good on their feet but they are both atheletes and surely meant to be. This guy though looks like the real mcoy. Normal (Northern - serious brownie points for that) bloke, with rather lovely buttocks, who seems to have a good time.

My one compliant is that I cannot get to see Take Two at the minute so it would be rather nice if Aunty Beeb could have some kind of decent video file on the site that those of us stuck out the range of BBC can keep tabs on the goings on. The little video clips on the site are rubbish quality.

You're right about the restaurant, it is on the Ocean Village. Sadly, at the moment there is no land-based restaurant. James has a deli and clothes shop in Winchester- Cadogan and James, a kitchen shop in St Albans - Underwood and James and I believe there is something in Bristol.

As for him being arrogant - no way. He is a lovely man, always friendly and really down to earth.
