Why in gods name would you consider buying a car from halfords or Kwik Fit??? they dont sell cars
O2 supply phones hal;fords and kwick fit dont sell cars
You frist port of call should be the supplier - they shuld arrange things. I didnt know what I was doing there and would as most people would asume the supplier was the one at fault. I would still use them as fist point of contact but am alot more wise who where to after that.
