Well lets say Three to be honest with you have come a long way from what they were when I first joined.
Anyone should give them a try before they say they are rubbish. As its refreshing to have a newer network and competative pricing, as I shall not leave them until someone else drops there prices lower and can offer as much content in the tarrifs. Im on Videotalk 1100 and to be honest I do get my moneys worth on the tarrif im on and no other network can match what I get inclusive of my line rental. So if you still unsure you have 14 days to try and then give it back if you dont like it! Anyway enough of me blabbing on!!! |

Three are absolutley rubbish. My phone has always been hit and miss on charging since I first got it, and now it has stopped charging all together. I have only had it 8 months. I sent it to Three for repair, and was told it would cost me £55. £55! I'm paying a monthly contract, my phone is faulty, and they expect me to pay for it! Its disgusting. I told them to just send it back to me, and it came back in 14 days, instead of 3 days. And it arrived back without a battery, somebody has obviously stolen it along the line. Now the phone won't even turn on, using a friends battery. I'm so angry with them.
But I would still have three again, there prices simply dont even compare with any other operators. |

U are advised not to send ur sim card battery and back cover of ur phone to them when it goes in for repair. Also it does mention this after you finsih speaking to customer services, listen and then u would not have this problem.
