Can anyone help me with converting an MP3 file to an AMR?

I have an M3 file on my PC which I would like converting to an AMR file that my Nokia 6820 can play. Or midi if that would work.

Does anyone have the software that could change it for me? I could email you the MP3 file (640k) and you could email it to me back?

you should be able to use the nokia multimedia converter, available here
