its getting like the barbara windsor thing where she came in for a couple of days then went again.and then come back it seems pointless if your coming back you may as well stay for ages than keep coming or going

Ye i just think its pointless grant coming back if hes not staying in it as we have to go through the same process of every one being excited about him coming back when he does come back again

I don't mind people coming in and out of the soap, I would love to see Kathy back if Ian marries Jane.

Better than nothing. Anyways, it's only more realistic if family comes to stay for a few days.

Yes, the first time for Grant in six years I think.

Reading the threads, it looks like more people are looking forward to Grant's return than Phil's - however, I'm sure it will be a cracking episode as none other than Tony Jordan has written their return.

Is he writing all of the episodes next week?

I know Tony Jordan has been the lead writer for their return but I don't know if he's wrote all of the episodes for next week. That would be quite hard work but I think he wrote all of the episodes for the Kat/Zoe mother week so he may have done.
