Hi there,

Every time I try and send an MMS, it always claims that it is 'unsupported content' 'Retry?'

Only recently started happening, and O2 have sent the codes down through 'ACTIVE' 2020, as have SE...

Any ideas what's up?

Cheers,
Alex -

Unlikely to be settings. more likelty to be that the content you are trying to send is not supported, are the videos over 100 kb in size or over fifteen seconds? The specifications for MMS stipulate 3gp video amd a total ,essage size of 100kb or less. Also protected contednt like ringtones and chargable, downloadable videos won't send in MMS.

Oh, it's just a plain JPG from the phone - the thing was that it worked perfectly until last week...

As suggested above, make sure the MMS is less than 100kb. A lot of these phones with high res cameras make much bigger files than this if you leave them on high res. O2 only support upto 100kb.
