Phone contacts transfer

I want to transfer my contacts from a Sony memeory stick to a MMC card any suggestions on how I can do this.

Get a card reader, transfer them from Sony card to computer, then from computer to MMC.

I got one of these from Tesco (!), about 14 quid and can read pretty much anything.

One useful facility is that each of it's four slots install as separate "drives" in Windows Explorer. So provided the two cards you want to copy between don't use the same slot (most of them take two or more types of card so it is not impossible) then you can copy directly from one to the other. No need to copy via the PC.
