Hi,
Can someone please advise how good the phone spot are as i am thinking of buying a phone from them what i reaally want to know is how good they are at the cash back process..

they claim to be cpw and if they are then they are fine with cashback. the headoffice is the same so i duno.

working on o2 customer care i would offer my advice and that is NEVER go into a retailer like CPW, P4U (especially these) etc as we get a lot of new customers complaining about not being conencted at all and ALOT of misinformation etc. always go direct to the network you are planning to join you always find the experience to be a better one. thats my advice.

Carphone Warehouse do own The Phone Spot. The Wales Farm Road address and Portal Way are variants of the same place - you can see the postcode is the same - and Carphone themselves use both (have a check on Google).

Our customer services are in Loughborough, hence the e2Save address.
