Whats my Vodafone Bill mean ?
Hi can someone explain to me what my bill below means? Ive only just joined Vodafone Contract and this is my bill from the website data and im unsure to what it all means.
Description Date Amount Itemised usage charges up to 29 Sep Calls £0.00 Messaging, Mobile Browsing + Data £0.08 Service charges and credits 18mth Anytime 700 STC 6MHP 16 Sep to 31 Oct £76.59 Credit 18mth Anytime 700 STC 6MHP 16 Sep to 31 Oct CR £38.30 3 Months Free Insurance 16 Sep to 31 Oct £10.43 VAT exempt Credit 3 Months Free Insurance 16 Sep to 31 Oct CR £10.43 VAT exempt Total for 077******* before VAT £38.37 VAT on this bill - see VAT Charges £6.71 Total for this bill after VAT £45.08 Overdue balance CR £19.63 Total by Direct Debit on or after 10 Nov £25.45 Balance from last bill £0.00 Payments £0.00 Additional charges £0.00 Adjustments CR £19.63 Credit balance CR £19.63 The stuff just above the £19.63 i know was the credit i had when i was on PAYG and they deleted it and then credited it onto my contract account. The wap charges i dont have a clue about i only been on Vodafone Live :S. The rest of it confuses me too. kiis102 |

Vodafone bill
CR means that you,someone or Vodafone have made a payment and it has been credited onto your account. You may have recieved extra credits because of a promotional offer. Quote:

Yep well my contract that im aware of is current 18 month
First 6months is usually £60 but the offer is half price so £30 + Free Insurace for first 3 months so makes a bit of sence because its been 6weeks so first 4weeks = £30 + the extra 2 weeks so yeh thats right then. The 8p for wap shouldnt be there cause i only use Vodafone Live !! I need to call them again they charged me 15p last week for Vodafone Live too. + The Insurance figure is wrong to they say they credited me £10 i think for the free insurance but it should only cost £6.95 according to my account document they gave me when i opened my account hmmm i'll need to contact them in a few days then. |

I have been with vodafone you a coupple of months now and I still have no idea what their bill means? Not clear at all.
