I would imagine that you have any time x-net minutes whereas the offer you see in the shop window is landlines and o2 evenings and weekends only. once you've chosen your talk plan you can't usually change it. you have the 14 day cooling off period as per the consumer credit act but other than thet the chances of O2 changnig your tariff now are exceptionally slim. (Unless you can prove you were missold the phone in some way, eg told it was a 3g phone when it isn't or something like that.

The deal you have seen is only for I-Mode phones. Your phone doesn't support I-Mode so you would not be able to get this tariff.
The tariff is a short term promotional tariff. O2 500. |

The tariff is a short term promotional tariff. O2 500. The tarrif is intended for IMode and 3G handsets only, but for a limited period O2 stores are also offering a free K750i on this tarrif. It's not something they are shouting about, but it is definatly available. I'm really impressed with O2. This tarrif is excellent value and the handset is spot on too. That's over 16 hours of phone calls to any network day or night and 200 texts for £35 ![]() Quote:

The only other difference is the appearance of the casing and if you want, you can change this for £20 anyway as the cases fit both phones. The hardware's the same too. So it's really not worth 'upgrading' if you can call it that. |

My mate at work saw my phone and I told him of the deal so he called his local O2 store in Harrogate and they are also doing the same deal as a managers special with limited time to take it up. So I would suspect it's official. The one thing they did say was that you could only have the K750i for free on this tarrif, no other 2G handsets. If you didn't want that one then it was the IMode phones or 3G handsets to choose from. |

Just called the O2 store now and pretended to be a customer interested in a deal he heard about of his mate etc. and they said yes it's still on but they are currently out of stock on the K750i as they said it's a very popular deal at the moment on that tarrif (not surpised).
