LG U880 v Motorola RAZR V3x v Nokia N70 v 6280 on 3
Anybody have an idea on which is the better phone, as i am looking to get a contract with 3. They are all out on 3 next week Using the money to pay for the bills on the new conract! Im a uni student if your wondering why all the hassle Also if the text below is true anybody know if i would be able to get the contract, cancel because of the new terms, keep the phone and unlock it for £15 (http://forum.digitalspy.co.uk/board/...d.php?t=291215) and then sell it on? if only it was that easy getting out of a 12month contract!! ring three and ask them! these firms have legal departments who know their t+c inside out.. its very unlikely a network will change their tariff so much so that the contract is breached.

if you take out a new contract the new pricing will likely to be active straight off so you wouldnt be able to cancel based on that change as the pricing was clear and point of sale - legally they have to give you notification of any major changes to the contract 30 days in advance of the change.
Edit : Just checked 3's site - the pricing is on their site now so you wouldnt have a leg to stand on by taking out a new contract and trying to cancel claiming they have changed the prices The clause mentioned above 10.1 (d) states that you can can cancel if the change is detrimental - you will only be charged for 3 to 3 calls/voicemail if you run out of minutes & if you dont make international calls to bands 1-4 then its not detrimental |
