I really like Alex with his funny eccentric ways he`s very entertaining and I think he will survive without Adele as I think he`s catching her out with her twisting of slagging off conversations , he is not the same with her and I have voted to get her out on friday so we can see the smiley Alex again.

alex is the onyl genuine person left in the house, when adele goes it will be good for him as he will have tim, who, unless he does something totally stupid, wont be nominated by the housemates, alex and kate will realise they can be mates and be friends and everyone will love alex and he will win.

Genuine nasty piece of work all right. What's Adele done with Alex that he didn't totally agree with? He's going to miss his co conspirator all right! Then again, Alex, alone... would cause conflict in an EMPTY house.

I agree with you Gadfly - in fact - Alex has a lovely sense of humour which is being smothered by Adele. She laughs very very loud to appear to be the life and soul of the party - but she has no real sense of humour - she just isnt funny.
I would love to get rid of jonny because he annoys me to death and he is Alex's main rival with the public and Kate, who is obviously the strongest female and has grown on me more and more.

How much of a chance has Jonny given Alex?? Not much of one. Jonny and Kate talk behind Alex's back every chance they get. They've been doing it since week 1.

Jonny is playing up to the cameras for sure. In fact Jonny is playing up to everyone. Hes just an idiotic clown.

Jonny only went to Alex in a bid to not get himself nominated. It's obvious, that they both have a problem with each other, and it won't be cured any time soon.

Jonny does have a problem with Alex, both he and Alison thought that the public ousted Alison on the issue of ' weegate ' . He's resented this ever since. The attack the dominant group will mount will be the resumption of the homophobic taunts that PJ, Spencer, Kate and Jonny indulged in to a greater or lesser degree.


The hygiene issue has been convieniently reduced to ' pissing in the shower '. It was about much more than that. Is anyone really saying that it is acceptable to leave turds and skidmarks in the communal toilet that 12 people have to share?

Incidently, Jonny didn't have the support of the house, Jade, and Lee verbally supported both points of view, Lynne only said it was ' too soon ' to have the meeting and Alison hypocritically supported the dirty mob, even though she came out of the toilet one day and said:

' I have never seen toilets that bad in my life ' ( to Alex and Sandy! )


The dirty mob won the day then, but I fail to see how Jonny could have destroyed Alex on the issue, as Alex was right. Jonny went on to say

The problems he had in the weeks you mentioned, has been brought on by himself and his choice of friends.
So all the discussions with Sandy about "Ben and Jerry" ,the scabby lion, the toliet issue, the shower issue, people eating the sausages,the nit picking of Kate, the smug look at nominations,the laughing at Jonny being told Sandy didn;t like him, then the joining in on the sophie issue,which he didn't have to join in on, the telling to jade to put the toilet seat up everytime she went to the "little boys position",the problem HE has with Jonny not the other way round,the over acted "oh I didn't know I had to pick again" after the chairs task, the blaming of Jonny about the rebellion, when in fact it was Tim and PJ,the school boy antics of the puppet making"I don't like the impersonation of me",the early morning and late night bitching sessions with Adele and theres been alot of those.
Alex has isolated himself from the group, because he runs with the hounds. I to found Alex funny, but of late he is constantly moaning about everyone as soon as there out of earshot and now he has a new playmate Tim. Adele has been the main reason for the latest incarnation of Alex, so with her going will be a godsend to Alex fans, like when Sandy went. A new Alex emerged, but then Adele then took over the role as Alex you will think this.

I stand by what I said I do not believe Alex is a biycher. Can you remember the last time he really insulted someone behind there back? Thought not, I can however remember when the others have insulted him.

I believe the word your looking for is moaner and that is part of Alex's character. I personally find most of his moaning justified eg the pissing in the shower and I also find it very entertaining. But anyway like I said this thread was just made to discuss how Adele leaving will effect Alex's chances!

I don't believe that Adele deserves to go before Jade, but I'm not going to vote this time round. I'll let others decide their fate. I'd rather save my dosh for when Alex comes up, so that I can help to evict his opponent/s.

In a way, I feel that if Adele does go, it could help Alex. It showed signs of what's to come for Alex in the 10.00pm BB prog tonight. That show was as near as damn it, devoted to showing the build up to Kate, PJ and Jonny taking the piss out of Alex, and his negative reaction to it.

In the end, this kind of behaviour could backfire on all 3 of the above, and with any luck, without Adele there to mull things over with, he may start facing up to them and speaking his mind more. Plus everyone likes someone who will stand up to bullies.

I am an Alex fan and want Adele to go. She's fooling him all the time. People think Alex will have no allies, but Alex is the type that when under pressure can release some of that old magic he did with Sandy. If Adele goes and next week's eviction is between just Alex and Jade, there will be a slaughter and the other housemates will be worried. Alex is gonna make a huge comeback when he realises £70,000 is at stake. He just needs jolted. With Adele gone, he can focus back on winning the money and being tactical.

Don't be so ridiculous. Jonny, Kate and PJ aren't bullying Alex. The puppet show was a task that they were assigned, Jonny imitating Alex is part of that task. Alex just can't laugh at himself. Jonny and Kate haven't bitched about Alex once this week, but I would say nearly every day Alex has said something about Jade or Jonny. Just how are they bullying him? They are not isolating him - when he is there they all talk to him. He's been in a right mood this week himself, that's his own problem. That's like me saying when Jonny was all moody Alex was bullying him. Don't be so ridiculous. You're nit-picking.

Of course Alex is'nt isolated at the moment as he currently has a strong allys in Adele and Tim, the point was this could change. As "Double" said in his post Jonny has bitched quite a lot about Jonny and I think that his previous threat of kicking off with Alex could happen if Alex becomes a weaker member of the group.

I didn't realise that putting on a persons clothes without their knowledge or consent and taking the piss out of them, was part of the puppet task. I can't remember that being part of the rules of the task.

So she did something that wasn't very nice. She's not perfect, PJ and Jonny aren't either. What do you want from them? Alex is certainly not an innocent either, catty comments seem to come to him quite easily. I'm not saying that justifies him being "bullied", but I'm just saying that I could pick out plenty of things Alex has done that aren't very nice. At the same time, I quite like Alex, so I'm willing to overlook them to a certain extent.
