I am having trouble getting through to vodafone helplines. I have tried getting through to 191, 2345 and 17298 and they all dial and then says (Call Ended 00:00:01). landlines are fine. My phone is a Motorola V550 which i've just bought on Sunday

Try taking out the battery for about 5-10secs and then reboot the phone, this tends to happen to me every once in a while and i have a Sharp 903, Nokia 3310. Im not sure it happens to everyone but it seems to just happen randomly not sure why.
