Yeah I think he was only in rehab for about 2-3 weeks.
The only way I could tell Dougie was on the Popstar to Operastar performance was because of his light-up bass. TV cameras sometimes leave Dougie out of their close-ups, and there wasn't much lighting on him either!

yeah, i just wondered because i didn't recognise him on `popstar to opera star` last week. the other three were there.

Yes he's been out for sometime.
They have done a 14 date UK Arena Tour aswell as Europe and South America dates since.
Dougie was on Popstar to Operastar and the camera only shown him once or twice but ti was a brilliant performance.

Wasn't impressed at first tbh, but oh well, good for him (and the band)

YES seeing Dougie in the spotlight across the three weeks and winning reignited my love for McFly i had "back in the day" lol. They were a guilty pleasure and still are
Wasnt that much of a fan of their material last year however...may get back into it but damn ithink their popularity...what with Tom, Harry and now Dougie (well well done to him last night!) having been massively publicised and on millions watching shows...McFly are on a comeback methinks

It is excellent news that Harry has won Strictly Come Dancing. Especially after Dougie won I'm a Celebrity. I didn't watch SCD but still voted for Harry yesterday. Their wins bode well for McFly in the future.
I have mentioned elsewhere that 5 Colours in Her Hair was one of my 30 fave songs of the last decade. I thought All About You was lovely, and this would probably have been my 50th-60th fave song of the last decade.
I don't often like "boybands" but McFly are quite good.

I've always been a McFly fan. They're a bunch of ridiculously talented guys, and I'm delighted for Harry, but more so Dougie, as after what he's been through I think winning I'm A Celeb will have done him the world of good.

The Guardian did list Harry as being among the well-known people with a birthday last Friday. I doubt they would have listed him before. So, he is in the process of becoming a respected musician at last!
