OKay, so i've seen Anton has his own thread for people to spread the Anton love, which is all well and good (I don't mind spreading the love once in a while myself ) but it seems that the wonderful Erin has not got a thread of her own. I know, it's a crime! So here we are, a place to spread the Erin love...

Well, I think she's a best professional (though I do love all the others) but I think she just is a little ahead of them!

I really think her and Colin have a fantastic chance of winning the competition this year, and about time she won too. Her name needs to be on that trophy!

Yeah, Erin is as much a fixture as Anton or Brendan. And she's proved herself as a teacher by the results with Martin Offiah, Julian Clary and now she's been given a bit of a gift with Colin Jackson - it's tough because Ian Waite is another professional I would like to see win after coming so close last year.

We shall see... Erin certainly does seem to have the respect of her peers

She is lovely. I'm normally much more interested in the men, but Erin is so likeable on screen.

Erin is lovely and does deserve a thread. She did great last year as Julian really improved...plus she has good taste in dance partners.

Completely bowls me over. I think most of the "lady professionals" as Len calls them, are great, but Erin is in a league of her own.

Though special plaudits for Camilla (how the hell did you put up with the ego aka Brendan, for so long?) and Lilya (Sp?) too.

She was great with Julian wasn't she. I thing that she's such a good teacher, being able to adapt her teaching style to suit her pupil. It's what makes her succeed in this competition.

I also agree with Tally too, Camilla & Lilia, not to mention Nicole Cutler are amazing in their own rights too.

Erin is lovely.I find her beautiful in a way,some sort of an inner beauty .When she's talking I find myself staring at her.Her legs are a bit chubby,but I think that's cute and she's still fantastic!..apparantley she's a very strict teacher..

I thought Erin was fabulous on ITT last night and made an excellent point about what would happen were the male professionals to let go of their partners.

I'm really liking all the female professionals this series and how competitive they are without being nasty to each other. I especially think Izabela and Hanna don't get enough credit. On Saturday, Hanna looked like she was about to burst into tears when Tess was interviewing her and Will and I just wanted to give her a big hug.

yea i think Erin is good but I think Lillia is just as good. SHe worked so hard with Aled last year too. And if someone is a naturally mover and athlete like Colin I think it's easier for the teacher too

Definitely. I think Izabela was great with Dennis. She was sooo funny as well. She's a great teacher and showed off Dennis a lot with her choreography. Just like Lilia did last year with Aled

I think out of the 3 series, I liked Martin with ERin best. They seemed to have a lot of fun and bounced off each other well. Loved Julian as well though, they was fantabulous on ITT yesterday!

Never mind, I've found it now and have the chance to add my two penn'orth about Erin. I think she's absolutely marvellous .. the consummate professional and an elegant and poised dancer .. she also seems to have a real flair for teaching without bullying and working to her given celebrity's strengths. It also seems telling as to what kind of person she is that I'm certain I read somewhere that she and Julian are still firm friends.
In summary .. she's a lady .. and of all the female professionals, she's the one I'd like most to see win the competition .. and next year I hope it's Lilia who I also have a great deal of time for - despite my husband's adoration of her.

Erin is great, and should be commended for her competitiveness.

Erin is absolutely beautiful, and I love her accent. She is a very good dancer and managed to achieve the unachievable with Julian Clary.

However, I have definitely cooled towards her after her comments about Zoe and Patsy. There is simply no excuse, and it's not just the editing. She shouldn't have said it.

Well, I agree with almost all of your points, Libby .. but I also admire Erin for her candour and honesty ... and I say that as one of the forum's foremost Zoe fans!

I don't have much of an opinion one way or another, but my husband really liked her until the Zoe/Patsy comments.

I think those comments are all water under the bridge now.

Erin is by far the most successful professional of all three series of SCD (male and female). I hope she goes all the way this year, as she's definitely in with a chance.

I loved watching the American Smooth on Sat, quite possibly Erin at her best (except near collision with camera, she is only human after all!).
