I thought he was a tad arrogant to begin with, but since watching him on XFactor related programmes I really like him. He''s playing along with Sharon he and Nicholas get on great, he comes across as a nice bloke.
Some of the others have begun to irk though. I loved Andy, but he seems a tad arrogant now, and the Conways have always seemed so to me.
He seems like an ok young guy sings quite well, no 'x' factor but could easily have a career.
Prefer someone else to win that doesn't look like a young Steve Brookstein and has more talent than SB
I dont know why but ive really gone off him this week. He seemed very arrogant in the first show and refused to take Simon's constructive comments on board. Then in the results show again he looked arrogant.

He's definitely confident. I'm not sure if he's arrogant but I do wonder if he feels embarrassed when Sharon acts up after every one of hisperformances. It's almost as though he has to respond with something witty otherwise he'll be seen as boring.

Yes i agree with you, I thought his arrogance to Simon was a tad un called for as Simon was rather nice to him when he gave his comment's on his performance, But then again if he realy has been promised a deal with louis weather he wins or lose so maybe he feels like a winner already hence the attitude.
Unfair to pick solely on Shayne as there were a fair few acting overconfident tonight. Shayne is more confident than arrogant and I believe he doesnt want to come across as boring so tries to find a witty response.
