Chenai - You should have been out last week but you redeemed yourself, girl. You and your family had me and my family in tears. Just keep being the likeable girl you are and stay confident. If Simon is wrong in one thing, it's that Brenda and Maria are better singers. Brenda is on a par and Maria would kill to have the emotion in her voice and performance that you have in yours.
Shayne - Stop singing everything so nicey nicey. It's as if you're performing at a 6 year old or 96 year old's birthday party. Accept criticism when it's given. It is thoroughly deserved. Oh and don't believe the hype. The hormonal wet panty brigade may think you're gorgeous but they think the spotty weedy 14 year old boys are gorgeous. You are far from all that. Grow your hair. It may be the flattery your face needs and may detract attention from your squint.
Nicholas - Keep doing what you're doing. The combination of your image and the songs you are performing means you appeal across the board. Not to mention that great voice
Journey South - Great stuff so far and great to see you growing in confidence in front of the cameras but don't start trying too hard.
The Conway Sisters - You look great and more often than not sound great. Keep working on the harmonies.
Andy - You're good but you're not Steve. It's a shame that people see you in a way they chose not to see him because of your and his colour. I'm sure if it was the other way around there is a commission that can be complained to. You're good at the mid-tempo soul numbers but amateurish at the uptempo ones and boring at the slower ones.
Brenda - No advice. I didn't think you should have been in the last 12 but you've proved me wrong. Well done, keep it up!
Chico - Great entertainment value. You own the stage. Work on the vocals though. Still, dodgy live vocals have never hurt some people's careers (stand up, Mr Williams and Mrs Federline)
Maria - Please, just go. Leave now and take your average voice, celery stick legs, spaniel's ears boobs, piggy eyes, gumbo smile and non-existent personality with you.
To those who have already gone out:
Philip - You did deserve to go out last night though it was the best vocal you've given. I thought you should have gone out last week and should have been in the bottom two with AL in the first week but I am sorry that you didn't get the chance to perform a rock 'n' roll number earlier. The negative feeling surrounding you may not have built up then. Great voice for this type of thing (not Country!) but you do need to work on your moves though. PS You are far far far better looking than Shayne, and more humble with it which is nice.
4Tune - You should still be in there, guys. One of the best acts in the contest and definitely the best group, just like you were last year.
Addictive Ladies - Sorry, lost for words. Don't give up though, girls. In a couple of years you could be good.
To the judges:
Sharon - Everything about your life has been about looking for approval. Grow up! How much did all that voting cost for yourself in the NTA awards?
Louis - It's the year 2005. Though I'm a young fan of older music, I'm a young fan of QUALITY older music and QUALITY older acts. Also please stop thinking that people just want to see skinny people with clear skins. Looks only gain you limited short-term success. It's about talent ultimately. It's particularly ironic coming from a runt. Stop goading Simon about knowing his acts. All of them say he's "spent time with them" and all your acts have to say is that you "phone" them" and "text" them and, most ridiculously and insultingly, "e-mail" them.
Simon - Just get on with it. Don't lower yourself to Louis' gutter standards and don't seek approval like Sharon. You're better than that.
