The trouble is that, although this bloke seems to have everything ie wealth, good looks, successful etc. he hasn't got a neck and with high collars and long hair he looks a bit strange in formal wear.

Perhaps that is why Len told him to get his hair cut; this might add more virtual cms to his neck.
