Adele is telling Jade that she used to be the loudest and for some reason this is REALLY pleasing Jade - in fact she thinks its going to help her eviction chances.

They where talking about what they felt the public would like about them and how they couldn't imagine the public liking them. Adele reasured Jade that she was louder than Kate and it was implied that this was a good thing - Jade was certainly very pleased !

They didn't specify what they meant by loud - they could just have meant shear volume and therefore being noticed by the audience (at least thats how it sounded to me).
