God almighty, Bermondsey is a soiled grief-hole which anyone in their right minds would stay well clear of. Although I suppose that at least it is in London rather than in Not London (apparently a ghastly part of the world which I am reliably informed is situated on the other side of the North Circular Road).

Steady on, the Shad Thames riverside restaurants are v lovely if you can persuade someone to pay for you to go....

Bermondsey is quite nice now,but not as nice as Hoxton.
I've got alsorts of well to do neighbours now but none of them will talk to me.
