Don't know if anyone is watching but Louis just said on 'This morning' that he thinks it is ok to answer the judges back but he thought Journey South came across as arrogant

Also Sharon Marshall talked about what Simon said at the NTA about making the voting fairer. He wanted to leave the final vote to the public but, he wasn't allowed. (By the producers I assume)

He highlighted her speech impediment. I don't like Chenai but hardly thought this was a worthy comment - lord knows she must get up every day wishing she didn't have it without being reminded it is so obvious.

at least we found out what the twist would have been

with simon wanting it to go to the public vote it makes you wonder if his acts were not the ones to get the least votes of the night

Simons acts always suffer when the casting vote is either louis or sharon, Louis especially seems to care more about annoying Simon than judging the acts on thier own merits.

Louis didn't say he thought JS were arrogant, but he did say some were arrogant, but none of his acts!!

Loads of people on here have commented on disliking Chenai's pronounciation when she's singing, so it was a fair comment by Phillip. I can't believe Louis hasn't noticed it.

I'm sorry but he did say that. He said some were arrogant, but not his acts. Then he said he was not saying who but, they are a duo. Who did you think he meant?

OK then, I missed him say the duo bit. It was a bit of a pointless statement, when the most arrogance came from his own acts. And the judges!

no wonder simon wants a change

it looked to me that louie has JS in his sights now

Damn, trust me to miss this.

Ah well.. sounds like he didn't have too much to say. I wouldn't have personally said JS were arrogant, and I'm not sure why he brought Chenai's speech impediment up.. but oh well.

Can someone remind me what JS said on saturday, I can't remember. I don't recall them coming across as arrogant though. Maybe some of the others but not them.

Granted, I know I quite like JS but I really didn't think they came across as arrogant on Saturday.

I would be interested, Sparkle, to know which of the other duos you thought Louie might have been referring to?

After saying the arrogant act was a duo, he went on to say one of them had argued with them about the type of song they had song and didn't agree with him when he said they were too soft to sing it. That is the conversation he had with JS on Sat. I'm sure he then went on to make a blatant reference to JS on This Morning in the context of them being the arrogant act.

Louis really is a pathetic individual.
The only acts who were truly arrogant were his.
J.S. actually said that Louis' comment was a fair enough comment re song.

My thread on Saturday re' understanding what Chenai was singing about',most people were in agreement.

When a clip was shown this a.m.which was crystal clear
re her problem. For Louis to deny the fact was laughable.
Phillip Schofield ,no you are not alone in your thoughts.

Nothing spectacular just somthing about them liking the song choice and it being thier kind of music. (Louis didnt think it was)

Having the nerve to not agree with Louis walsh basically

They werent really being very arrogant, Louis is just preparing his excuses for voting them off beforehand, so he has the ground-work ready if he ever gets a chance to send them home.

It seems that awnsering back is fine, as long as its Louis acts awnsering Simon back.

Sorry Sparkle, my last post crossed with yours in which you said you must have missed the duo bit. Although it sounds like you missed a fair bit of the conversation as honestly, the reference to JS was very blatant and repeated several times in some form.

Exactly right, Nicholas Shane and Chenai were all guilty of total arrogance when they replied to Simon, If somebody is good on the night Simon tells them so, as he did with both Nicholas and Shane the week before, (funny they didn't moan then) the moment they get one ounce of criticism they cannot take it, so Louis really should try thinking before opening his mouth, or better still just never open his mouth

Thanks for that. All I remembered was a discussion about what type of album they would release and JS laughing and saying they would release anything given the chance.

Agree completely. JS are one of my favourites but I did think they were a bit arrogant in how they responded - there was a less defensive way of making there point and they didn't take it. I'm getting fed up of Louie's constant sniping about Simon, when Simon gives interviews in which he says both positive and negative things about Louie, making reference to how he really likes working with him. How Louie can miss Chenai's speech impediment and the fact Shane and Nicholas were more arrogant than JS on Sat is beyond me. (Shane argued with Simon about the song in the same way JS did with Louie and Nicholas said sthg along the lines of he didn't feel he should give it his best at this stage!) I was very pleased when Phillip S mentioned the impediment - he did say it was only when singing - it's refreshing to see an interviewer ask questions that are not all bland and kiss-arse.
