Lesley and Anton were amazing together, so totally in tune and just having fun all the time.

Brendan and Natasha, oh the tension, the drama, the chemistry, the talent! They had it all, really!

Darren and Jill, complete technical competence. I can't fault them for that. Plus they had a lot of fun in their own obsessive workaholic way. I liked it.

Patsy and Anton are my current faves. They've got everything going for them: talent, fun, personality, and two big fanbases to keep them in. Plus Anton makes me laugh, but when you add Patsy to the equation, I'm rolling on the floor holding my sides. I love them!

Overall, in the ability stakes, it has to be Jill and Darren. They looked like they were born to dance together.

However, I must mention Julian and Erin. She did such wonders for his confidence, he also believed he could do it by the end.

My current faves are also Anton and Patsy. They look like they're having a ball! And a couple enjoying themselves always give a better impression. Go Anton and Patsy!!

Jill and Darren were a joy to watch! This year I like watching Ian and Zoe and Izabela and Dennis seem to be having a ball. I think Anton is a little sex bomb, but I can't get past Patsy being a fish wife- from her ender days-lovely legs but little else imo.

This series - Bill & Karen.
Overall - Natasha & Brendan - they had it all.
Jill & Darren were technically great but with Natasha & Brendan the connection was real.
Erin has seemed close to all her partners so far and worked well with them all.
And I loved the fun that Lesley & Anton, and Aled & Lilia had.

Jill and Darren the best.

I also liked Aled and Lilia.

I agree with the view that Jill and Darren looked as if they'd been meant to dance with each other. They managed to make their dancing and training fun, had a real passion for the competition and what the programme was all about; also, they seemed to have a great respect for the fans of the show and the other competitors.

Their dancing, outlook and attitude seemed very complementary. Natasha and Brendan certainly had the 'will they won't they'/'are they aren't they' sizzle but Darren and Jill were so well attuned to each other that their strictly platonic didn't detract from the believability of any performance - that's quite a feat to pull off. There were times Natasha and Brendan seemed far more contrived.

This year i feel has the biggest pool of talent available but i'm not sure any of the couples have gelled that well on the dance floor yet. Bizarrely, many of them seem to be getting on very well in practice but it's not quite translating to the Saturday performances for now.

It's Lesley and Anton for me. No other partnership has ever (or will ever) matched what they had. They will always be my faves.

I think I have to agree with Lesley and Anton. Their chemistry was pure magic.

At the moment: Patsy and Anton, really great and funny together.
In the past: Jill and Darren, Natasha and Brendan and of course Lelsey and Anton.

I didn't see the first series (I didn't even hear about it - when was it on?!) so I don't know about Brendan & Natasha or Lesley & Anton.

From the series I've seen, I'd say that technical-wise Jill & Darren were the best partnership.
Entertainment-wise, I enjoyed Aled & Lilia's bantering - they seemed to get on really well - and Bill & Karen this series seem to complement each other.

Oh, I also agree with gillypand about Julian & Erin. Julian improved incredibly throughout the series thanks to Erin's teaching.

Despite their brilliantness (real word?) the trouble with Jill and Daren was there was no sexual chemistry - it was like he was dancing with his older sister.
So I'm going to vote for Ian and Denise, mainly because I had the feeling he really liked her and that always adds a little something, don't you think?

Jill & Darren for me too. Looks like Anton & Patsy are developing a great relationship, still haven't got over that tango...

From clips i saw i thought Lesley and Anton were the best matched pair. Aled and Lilia were a good partnership also.

are we talking dancewise ? best partnership dancewise is brendan/natasha series one, Jill/Darrren series 2 - for series 3 a little early but between zoe/ian, colin/erin and darren/lilia - anton and patsy ok in tango waltz and rumba awful

if its personality wise - NOT IN THE LEAST INTERESTED

Funny that, as in one of yesterdays tabloid newspapers Anton is supposed to have said that he can't stand Patsy.

SCD1 - Brendan and Natasha
SCD2 - Jill and Darren
SCD3 - Ian and Zoe

In the chemistry stakes it has to be Brendan and Natasha, but then they did have a bit of an advantage over the others with the off-screen thing going on........................

I didn't watch most of Series 1 but from Series 2 and 3 (so far), my favourite couple are Jill and Darren.

Although they get a lot of criticism for not having much chemistry or not being exciting, I think the very fact that they didn't have any controversy but still managed to get points and votes shows their talent.

Other couples have had alleged romances (Brendan&Natasha, Camilla&James) or alleged bust-ups (Fiona&Brendan) and that's helped keep the interest in them. I'm not saying these couples aren't talented, because they are (apart from Fiona) but Jill and Darren managed to let their performance to the talking for them.

For two people who had a purely plutonic relationship, Jill and Darren still managed to bring passion into their dances, which is a credit to their performing ability.

Series 1: Lesly and Anton (so funny!)
Series 2: Jill and Darren/ Aled and Lillia (both cute pairs)
Series 3: Bill and Karen all the way baby! My god do they make me laugh!! I'm in tears every time they're on ITT!

Overall: Bill and Karen! Please vote for them!
