Voting
Kate Thornton says "the voting has now ended" and IMMEDIATELY a card is handed to her with the results. Surely there would be a gap to collate the votes, and either print them off or hand write them!

its all v-confusin but i reckon that the cards have very little written on them. and all the phone votes ast they come in go onto a special database straight away so as soon as the voting lines close someone can just feed the results through her earpiece. I think this is the only explanation!

i don't know to be honest
my guess is just that its pretty much decided by then anyway so even if you do vote in the last minute it aitn gonna make much difference. |

This has already been discussed in another thread.
The card is for Kate's own guidance. Basically all it has are numbers 1 to however many contestants there are left. Text and interactive votes take slightly longer to collate which is why the lines for those are closed just as the results show starts but telephone votes count almost instantly. Kate is given the names of the contestants going through to the following week through her earpiece. |
