Hiya,

Two weeks tomorrow I got my Nokia 6680 upgrade phone.. Plugged it in, left it charging till Sunday (I would have played with it earlier but it arrived on the same day as my limited edition white PSP so ya know..).. Anyway, Sunday played with the phone for a while, left it charging again on Sunday night (With the phone on), Monday morning, it told me it was fully charged yet by Monday night it was down to one bar (And I'd not used the phone for anything other than one text message and a 15 second phone call). Same thing happened on Tuesday. Now I emailed Orange customers service department about this on the Wednesday, knowing (And explaining in the email) about the problems and about the seven day cooling off period the end of which was rapidly approaching. I got an automated email back with the usual "Blah blah we're really busy but appriciate your email". The seven day cooling off period came and went, I've since discovered that the phone holds are charge longer if I charge it while switched off (Which isn't really good as I need to be able to make and recieve calls more or less 24/7). I'm *STILL* waiting to hear back from Orange.. I've now seen that they are offering the Nokia N70, before I call them and blow my lid, what do you reckon the chances are they'll replace the phone for an N70 (I'm even thinking of offering to pay the upgrade price of £29.99 for it)..

Things were SO much easier when That's Life was still on

i don't understand why you emailed them. Dial 150, its free and speak to upgrades/disconnections. You'll get an answer from them instantly. Their email customer services are poor.
