Can someone help me with Vodafone Mobile TV
I just cant get to find the option in Vodafone Live!
I called the store and they said Home>Entertainment>Watch Now>Play and it shoud work, but I cant find an option for "watch now" anywhere. All I have in entertainment is Entertainment>Film/Comedy/TV Today/Viral Zone/Celebrity Gossip/Horrorscopes/News & Magazines/Fashion and Beauty. Id be grateful if someone could help me out on this one, as the store AND Customer Services dont seem to know what they are talking about.

Do you have a 3G Phone? A friend tried it on her vodafone mobile and it was not there - because it does not support it on her handset. Could be that also!

Can you make Video Calls on Vodafone at the moment? What I mean is did you call Vodafone to activate the Video Calling feature?

The Nokia 7600 is not an official Vodafone Live 3G handset so its not surprising that it may not support all of the current 'Live' features including SKY TV.

Allthough this phone is 3G it doesnt accept video calling as there is only 1 camera. It does however accept video messaging and streaming. Its annoying me that I still cant get a straight answer from vodafone YES or NO will I be able to use the service or not. |

Do you have a 3G USIM or do you have a 2g SIM? If you don't have a USIM, you won't get 3G anyway, mvideo messaging and streaming can both be done over 2G.
Chances are, if you could get a version of the TV software for anohter series 60 phone it'd work, you'd be unlikely to get the software from vodafone though. |

Where the signal bar is, I have a 3G icon underneath that appears and dissapears. How will I be able to tell if I have a 3G USIM? Will flashing the phone to vodafone make a difference. I phoned the shop and she said "Bring it in so we can look at which version of software you are using. We may need to send it off to be repaired under warranty" I tried to explain that the phone was bought from "3" not vodafone and its also outside its 12month warranty. She couldnt understand what I was telling her about it wasnt a "vodafone" phone. |
