"free" ring tone sent to my O2 phone
Hi all.
I have just received a "free" ring tone on my Nokia (O2) The message said that the tone was free, and to text stop to xxxxxx to opt out. I cant find this message anywhere in my phone to opt out of the tone. This is annoying me as I did not opt in to the service. If i receive more, I guess I will be charged! Any ideas on what to do, would O2 customer services be any good? Cheers! |

Hi.
It was sent via a 3rd party. It included a web address, which I forgot to write down. The jist of the message was, this is a free ring tone, to opt out of further tones text xxxxxx again I didnt manage to get the number and the message dissaapeared from the phone (Nokia) There's no way I would subscribe to ring tones, and no one else has use of my phone. Just wortrried that I will get billed every time I receive spam tones. Cheers! |
