I was thinking what sort of judge Brendan was on the New Zealand version of Strictly come Dancing, a Len, craig or a more like Bruno?

Was he a judge? Wow! I didn't realise that! I knew Karen Hardy was a judge, but didn't think Brendan was too!
These professional dancers look like they have lots of different skills: dancing, teaching, judging, designing clothes! It must be an interesting job!
I suppose its similar in all sports though, I love horse riding and a lot of the top riders own their own training yards as well as competing.

If a Professional Dancer has their teaching qualifications they can apply for an adjudicators license. They have to be qualified to a Membership/Licentiate level to judge championships.

Had trouble finding any clips for you but here's the site which has the judges comments on the recap of the shows.
