O2 Customer Sevice Phone Number
OliCad

I'm on the O2 pay as you go genie thingy where I get 300 free texts a month. Now I know I can dial 4445 to speak to customer services but I once dialled a FREE number. Do any of you know what that free phone number is?

My free texts ran out 2 weeks early but I'd only sent 100 texts and since I've topped up again I'm STILL paying for my texts!

Thanx for that, but I'm looking for the free number. I know there is one but it's elusive.

I don't see why I should pay to call them when it's them at fault.

This number is not for anyone other than o2 Barclaycard customers!

If you are not an o2 Barclaycard customer you should not be calling this number.

I have used this number on a number of occasions and they have been more than happy to help.

That is more than likely because they didnt realise what number you had come through on. However this point has been raised with o2.

i like it how us who work on o2 dont actually want to associate ourselves with o2, its 'o2 have said this' and 'o2 are looking into it'. makes me laugh that we dont use the word 'we'. as in 'we are looking into it' or 'we are aware of the situation' or 'we know p4u are a complete load of knob jockeys'. the last one is my own personal feelings tho

Thats because over half (if not more) people who answer the phones for o2 or provide other services for o2, dont actually work for o2 direct. They inturn work for a company who provide o2's CRM.

When i say to someone o2 are looking into something what i am actually saying is the management at o2 are looking into something, as effectively management are the only people who can change things.

I agree, phones4U always seem to cock up the accounts.
