Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not sure Tim even knew if his girlfriend was being interviewed.........
”

It's Sunday, it's late, I'm not about to get into an arguement with you.. The bottom line is they both got out of the car together, he hugged her goodbye, went into the house and she was interviewed by Dermot. I don't see why he should be given ANY special treatment at all. They knew the rules before they went into the house.

This is a gameshow. He doesn't like it, he can leave.

Thank you and good night.

Straker,

Don't treat me as a fool.

So that’s one vote for it being a true demonstration of his feelings and half a million against.

Wake up.

Been away for the weekend so just caught BB precise tonight. Did I see right that just after the diary room episode, Squirmy asked Kate if she had moved the bottles of wine?
If true.what was he trying to provoke........some kind of conspiricy theory to throw the others of the scent re the wine and put the blame on Kate if there was going to be some sort of confiscation?

What a complete DICK he is! It's like he has failed to grasp the most fundamental concept underlying Big Brother - that you are being watched AT ALL TIMES! It's kind of the idea of the show.

Does he really think he can 'dupe' the cameras? And after that oh so impenetrable World Cup code he concocted! Or the time he tried to shave his chest in bed and quickly ducked under the duvet when he heard the camera move, as if it was only _starting_ to film him then. For f*ck's sake; even Jade understands that BB misses nothing. Asking Kate like that makes him look like an even bigger idiot. I feel like knocking on his head to see if there's anyone home. I mean DUH, Tim, DUH!

Maybe he thinks it really is like Nineteen Eighty Four - there's a _chance_ you may be being watched, but if you do it real quick or in the right part of the room, they probably won't catch you. It's as if he can't even entertain the notion that he might not actually be more clever than the people behind the scenes. He is a goddamn laughing stock, he's more risible than loathsome.

Argument? Hmmm, I thought I'd just asked a question in which I acknowledged I could be wrong in. Never mind.

All I'm saying is that I see his point. Other people could see who was there for them to deliver the message but Tim, by the looks of things, oculdn't see the third person who was there for him. So, in fact, he's not necessarily looking for special treatment, he's looking for equality. Surely nothing wrong with that?

Tim's Oscar-performance in the DR was pretty comic, agreed ...

but for me, up there with Alex and the 'sausages' speech, in the BB3 comedy stakes, was:
Tim, the mirror, the HAIR and his twitty little comment, 'mmm... BOUFFANT!'
Class. I may not much like the guy, but Tim is starting to really crack me up.

No Straker, that's not what I said. I only mentioned that I am more open to the possibility of it being real. Maybe it's you who should do the waking up?

Sure, it MAY be false, but since none of us know the true situation we can't know for certain.

Will someone please explain clearly to me - how did Tim think he was going to get away with hiding the bottles of wine?

Any guess at all as to why he did it?
What he was thinking of?
Did he think the cameras suddenly went off?
What ... WHAT I mean WHAT did he think he was up to?

Am baffled by it. Mind you am baffled by most things

The message was not for him. If he was that concerned over the state of his relationship (after a massive 21 days!) he could have opted to put himself up for the vote. However like most venal, monied gits he assumes he can take even when it’s not his turn.

It’s the one time I can applaud BB for sticking to their guns and not giving in. I’m sure I also detected a note of relish in the girl’s voice when she told him the matter was closed and it was pure class to choose that moment to confront him over the wine!!!

just to change the topic a little -

why is it when they showed shots from behind the couch looking directly at the screen that we didn't see what they were seeing

ie we saw what looked like a couple of soft chairs when they were clearly looking at their relatives

???

If its for the sake of annonymity, we all get to see them anyway on eviction night

The message might not have been for him, but as soon as his relatives/friends were shown up on the screen he was affected, like the other HMs. If the message was purely personal, then BB should have ensured that only the appropriate relatives were shown.

He’s been in there three weeks, not three years!! He was playing to the cameras, concious that he needs to appear sympathetic for when he’s nominated.

Do you take everything at face value?

If he had wanted to know & to hear his family/friends, he could have volunteered in the first place. I think he's aggravated the BB people with his sneers etc./belligerence in the DR & they are getting their own back.

I think they were anxious to catch the HMs reactions

I suspect we'll be seeing many a rerun of that bit of footage, it was priceless.

What I meant was - when they showed us the screen from the rear camera, there was nobodys face on it but we could hear the voices

the picture on screen looked like some chairs,

so unless PJ's mum is a chair??

I could make out PJ's mum in the distance on one shot but those plasma screens can look blank from certain angles.

Eviction Night.... Davina leans in close.
"Tim, we're going to show you somehing now. Tell us what was going through your head". Switch to hiding the wine - Blaming it on Kate and then blubbing in the DR. I can't wait.

and then he blantely lied to his HM saying they want me to return the wine , i said i chucked the empty ones away i don,t know what BB are asking of me.
Knowing full well they were under his mattress.
Then later feeling no guilt when the HMS who have been living on the poor side all week had there own wine confiscated.the selfish git is unbelievable

His girlfriend was there when he went into the house!
Dermont interviewed her, Tim spoke/hugged her just before he went up the steps to enter the house,
so whats all the tears for? :'(
Oh yes! hes got to return the wine and forfeit some more, I would be gutted too!

the mmm bouffant bit, the hiding the bottles of wine thinking no one could see him, the asking kate if anyone had seen the bottles of wine, the diary room shenanigans....ABSOLUTELY CLASSIC!!!!

I laughed my socks off at all of it!

Tim's performance reminded me of President Blair's speech after Diana died. 'She was ... [gulp] ... the People's Princess.' [Pause for dramatic effect. Try to squeeze out a tear.]

He still came over as more sincere than Weird Jonny though - maybe he should get the laaad's Equity card.

Haha, what a wimpy little worm of a loser!
Does he really have a girlfriend? Is she paid?
He is very competitive and loves tennis, so why is he so damn flabby round the edges?

Perhaps a David Copperfield/Claudia Schiffer type of arrangement ...?
