What a complete DICK he is! It's like he has failed to grasp the most fundamental concept underlying Big Brother - that you are being watched AT ALL TIMES! It's kind of the idea of the show.
Does he really think he can 'dupe' the cameras? And after that oh so impenetrable World Cup code he concocted! Or the time he tried to shave his chest in bed and quickly ducked under the duvet when he heard the camera move, as if it was only _starting_ to film him then. For f*ck's sake; even Jade understands that BB misses nothing. Asking Kate like that makes him look like an even bigger idiot. I feel like knocking on his head to see if there's anyone home. I mean DUH, Tim, DUH!
Maybe he thinks it really is like Nineteen Eighty Four - there's a _chance_ you may be being watched, but if you do it real quick or in the right part of the room, they probably won't catch you. It's as if he can't even entertain the notion that he might not actually be more clever than the people behind the scenes. He is a goddamn laughing stock, he's more risible than loathsome. ”
It's not like he's the first housemate to try to "dupe" the cameras.... there have been plenty of them trying to smuggle stuff through the divide.... in which case it seems that Spencer, Kate, Johnny, Jade, PJ (and probably more ppl but that's all I can recall for the moment) are too stupid to realise that the cameras are on them all the time, and they just can't get away with anything. (I don't recall anyone making such a big fuss about them though.)
Now, Tim was given the chance to own up, or at least return the bottles but not literally "own up".... he was just silly for not taking that chance.... surely the fact that they were asking him to return the bottles in the first place should have been quite a big hint that Big Brother knows....
Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't condemn him for trying to hide the bottles in the first place... practically everyone else has done something just as stupid (Kate threw a tantrum when she was caught out).
I'm not sure about his crying.... he may have just left the big pauses just to sort out the thoughts in his head into legible sentences.... rather than just letting everything out in a stream of babble (as Jade, and most people would probably do)
I agree with whoever it was who said that he disliked not having control, and more so the thought of "Big Brother" have control over him.... I think to him, the worries of his girlfriend, coupled with the whole control.power thing and the feeling of injustice (as I'm sure he'd feel like it was all completely unfair) probably got too much for him....
On a lighter note.... Whilst he was in that diary room.... he looked like a little schoolboy called in to see the headmaster.
