Basically the night Den died Chrissy was planning on running him out of town and getting him to sign over his half of the vic. He had previously given her half a few weeks previously.
He refused to sign, so when he died, Chrissy's name was only on half the deeds. When Amanda came to visit, Chrissy implied that she would never be able to track Den down, and that as a result she was stuck in Walford as she would need his signature to sell the pub.
At that point, Amanda reluctantly agreed to forge the documents so that Chrissy owned the entire pub and could move on.
Now that Chrissy has sold the pub to Ian she doesn't lay claim to the vic - however if she admits that she committed fraud then the sale would be void. So I think it means she would go back to owning half of the pub - the other half being left to whoever Den put in his will. If Den didn't have a will, I'm assuming it would go to Chrissy - however with the crimes piling up against her, it is possible that the inheritance laws could bestow the pub to Sharon and Dennis.
Therefore, when Chrissy asks to see Sharon I'm assuming its to make sure Sharon gets ownership of the entire pub. Chrissy may even get her solicitor to sign over her share to Shazza. I guess we'll have to wait and see!!
