PIONEER DVR-920H -Help??

I have just purchased a Pioneer DVR-920H DVD recorder and am looking for help with the EPG system on it. Currently it does not pick up all of the channels from Sky and I do not know how to update it or add these missing channels in. Is there anyone else who owns one who has experienced the same problem when linking it with their Sky????

Help would be greatly appreciated....
