Toshiba 32WLT58 LCD Power Problem

Wonder if anyone can help recently bought a Toshiba 32WLT58 32" LCD TV, everything was fine and dandy apart from a power problem. If I turn the TV off using the remote - then sometime during the night it turns itself back on!! However if I put it into standby by turning it off at the TV then its fine and doesn't turn itself on.

I have had it sent back and they where unable to replicate the problem, have tested it and say it meets all manufacturers specifications.

I have done all the normal things like checking for any timers etc. and none are set. What could possibly be turning the TV on during the night?? Any help or ideas would be apreciated.

I have Sky + and standalone DVD player attached to the TV.
