I just read in the new TV Choice magazine that Sam Mitchell will face a 4 year prison sentence and her family help to plan her escape......

But the question i keep asking is why is she even being sent to prison anyway?

for being an accessory to murder

For

Failing to report a crime
For obstructing the Police in the course of their duty
Accessory to Murder after the fact
Preventing the lawful burial of a body
Assisting in the concealement of a body
Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice

To name those that I can think of.

But to be quite honest , with time already served and what he solicitor can try and use as her mental health due to the trauma suffered by being accused etc etc she would get a relatively small time in prison with parol.

They would be better in the story sending her to prison and then have her going abroad afterwards. At least that way it is easier to bring back the charcater in a believable storyline when they want to.

i really wish kat would go to prison, she's commited crimes aswell.

if people was arrested for concealing information about Dens death, the following would be arrested

No "If" about it, they should be charged. At the very least Stacey should be arrested.

and Zoe should be aswell!
