I'm not wanting this thread to be who you HATE or who you LIKE, but who you actually think will WIN..

I really like Maria but not sure she'l win!!
I also like Chico but find it doubtful that he'll win although there are many fans on here there are also many people who dislike him!!

From word of mouth and other forums who do you think is top to win at the moment!!

I truly think that it will be Shayne and JS in the final and JS will win.....

Will - Shayne or Journey South!

Want - Maria or Brenda!

At the moment Journey South.. Andy 2nd Shayne 3rd. Maria 4th. Brenda 5th
Chico 6th Nicolas 7th Conway Sisters going home this weekend.

Don't know if you agree with me but there is a definite 'winners vibe' around JS at the moment....could change mind you.....

Maria and Brenda are my favourites, but neither of them will be around towards the end. It will be Shayne or Journey South winning, with Andy sticking around for a while.

Exactly how I feel, there doesn't seem to be the passion about the acts this year - probably a good thing for this forum

Well I like the Conway Sisters best but I will eat my hat if they win

I think the final three will be Shayne, Maria & Journey South (oh look, one for each judge) and at the moment it could go any way between those three. (I'd prefer Journey South.)

Will and want: Shayne or Journey South. It will probably be a VERY close final between these two.
Want to come second, third, and forth: Brenda, Andy and Nicholas. I don't want any of my favourites to win.

Whenever Maria and Brenda go, im not watching it anymore. I wouldnt mind it JS won cuz they are good but i hate the rest with a passion. I like the conway sisters slightly but they never get the right songs. With the right song, they would be amazing.

B.T.W. The conways sisters have an album! Its called "waiting for you" and the songs on it are v. good

Think what makes the competition quite interesting this year is that it does appear fairly open at the moment as to who is going to win. This time last year, I think it was becoming increasingly obvious that Steve was going to walk it - as he was topping all the polls, and seemed to be gaining support every week. Admittedly, it wasn't a totally clear cut thing in the final against G4 - but I think most observers knew he was going to win.

This year - Shayne appeared to be the sure fire winner at the beginning of the competition, but his popularity seems to have waned a wee bit - however he could still come through.

At the moment - it seems a close race between Shayne, Journey South, Maria, Brenda and Andy. Think any one of those five could win.

Think it's doubtful that Chico, Nicholas or The Conway Sisters will go much further.

It's definately between Journey South, Shayne, Maria, Brenda and Andy. It all depends on the songs that they are given. When it gets down to the final five, there is still the judges vote, so who knows what will happen.

My gut instinct is that the final three will be Journey South, Shayne and Maria.

I can't see Maria winning, so it could be between Shayne and Journey South. If that's the scenario, I think Journey South will win, as they have a wider appeal.

But Shayne won't be around for very long, if he keeps singing the songs that he's been doing for the last couple of weeks. And, as we all know, he'll get a record deal whether he wins or not, so I don't see the point in him winning the show. Give it to someone else.

It won't happen but i want to see Chico and Nicholas in the final, just cos it would be different.........!

Whether it's close or not, Kate will try to convince us it IS close. And that "record numbers" of people have voted.

I won't believe that for one second. People are wise to it now - we won't see the same level of multiple voting as last time.

I suppose you could be right there. I was just saying what I predict could happen. It was just my opinion, based on their popularity. The OP's question was who do you THINK will win.

I think JS will win, the final 3 like many others say being JS, Shayne and Andy or Maria (poss. Brenda)
I think for all the Shayne lovers there are an equal amount of Shayne :yawn: dislikers, but JS are in a lot of peoples top 3

Gut feeling is that JS or Brenda will win. Won't be Shayne or Maria - Andy has a good chance too. Its all down to generic Saturday night audience appeal.

Its interesting to see that so many people think Shayne will win, like someone said for every person that loves him theres another that hates (maybe not hate but ya know what i'm gettin at) him!!

Whereas JS dont seem to be disliked as much.. just my thoughts, and i'm not just basing it on the opinions of this forum!!
