true lets hope they learn from their mistakes

i have thought that about shayne

remember the first couple of weeks when there was a load of hype about him, there seemed to be a backlash because he was to popular

i think they are going to build him up again, just in time for the final weeks

he seems to be very popular on other forums

Shayne is good, just not my type of singer (dont fancy him at all either) i dont think he's arrogant though

He seems to have lost momentum and fans as well.. as he is no where near being backed the way he was all over the net.. the show has gone on and people have really moved on as well.. this is an odd show this time for that.

Many did not have a fav at the start.. so they have had time to change there minds they must have done CHICO is still there.

Have to admit to not liking Daniel much.. and have to say SHayne has not persona at all.. or none that is being shown. THey did the same to Philip.. and yet we get two weeks of 24/7 with the Conways singing.. and being pampered.. and I did not need to see them again.. we need to see some of the others in this comp as it is getting unfair now. In fact this is why it will never be as good as POP IDOL.. them artists we got to know every night.

I agree. Most young people today are far from honest. That's not to say they're false, just that they haven't been taught debating skills or to think or speak for themselves, and instead just say what they think is expected of them.

Translation: *think they sound really cool.

I'm not keen on Shayne but like you the Daniel Bedingfield tune impressed.

However, whilst I am also not a Daniel Bedingfield fan either, I do believe that the way he wrote that song was very clever in as much as the flow of the music and verse are done in such a way that, unless you couldn't sing at all, you can't help but sound sincere and emotive. It really is all down to skilful writing.

I think that Shayne's efforts since have shown this to be the case.
