What has been your best series and why?

Very unfortunately I missed series1 but comparing series 2 and 3 I think last year was much better. Even watching Roger Black gets me all tingly. I think there were much better performances, more entertaining and more improvement from the celebrities.

And I don't think having 4 female celebrities leave has helped

Series 2 was the best so far, but I think you should let series 3 end before making a judgment about it.

Well I'm really enjoying this series so far but we'll have to see when the this is over!

I think series 1 for the scandal, series 2 for the personalities, and series 3 for the talent. I love every series of SCD, and will do even if the 'celebs' of future series turn out to be Jade Goody and Charles Ingram.

Or at least until Anton and Brendan leave. It wouldn't be nearly so much fun without them.

Yeah, i said series 3 so far. But I've been watching series 2 on tape, at this stage and I still preferred it. Denise's foxtrot was better to watch. I also preferred Aled's Paso Doble. But I won't make comment on Julian Clary and Diarmuid

The only difference is that i can recognise faults in Denise's foot work.

Maybe it was because it was the fisrt time I saw these dances.

Wow you taped it! Smart girl I wonder if there is a DVD box set anywhere of series one and two now THAT would be amazing!

I taped all of last years from the third episode (foxtrot/paso) and the xmas special. I've taped all of this year as well on sky +. I just need to transfer them to dvd. But unfortunately the guys in the computer shops are very unhelpful.

I stll watch last years dances. Jill and Denise were amazing. I need to put them on DVD as well.

I really don't know why the BBc don't repeat them of have a box set. The quality of the highlights of series 1, on the BBC website is atrocious. I really would love to see Natasha and Brendan and Lesley and Anton.....and David Dickinson

I would love to see Lesley and Anton too - especially after they showed that film of "Anton's best bits" on ITT the other night - i ralised then how much I missed series one. Having said that I feel this series is shaping up nicely. I think its definitely going to be different what with a lot of female celebs out of the running.

This series is excellent but its a shame theres only been 1 really funny 1 ie Fiona I loved watching Anton and Lesley in one of her live outdoor music dvds whish there was more

Luckily i taped all the series!! My favorite is series 1!! for the chemistry between natasha and brendan! and watching her turn into an amazing dancer! series 2 was ok but not half as good apart from aled jones!! lol!

This series is great too but I'm kind of bothered that I don't have a particular favourite outside of Bill & Karen of course.

For me, Series 2 was the best simply because Jill and Darren were completely OUTSTANDING!! Let's all bombard the bbc ("strictly@bbc.co.uk) requesting a DVD box set of all three series. Can't understand why Series 1 and 2 haven't yet been released on DVD considering the popularity of this show. I wrote to the BBC last year about it and, at that time, they said there were no plans to do so. They'd be best sellers so let's hope that the powers-that-be-at-the-BBC get their act together!!

I was just trying to find that out about dvd. I totally agree with you, think they would do really well.

Actually belive it or not Series 3!! I am really into it this year more than any of the previous years. I think that this year the standered of dancing is much higher and also more gossip than ever this year whcih i think is good cos i love Gossip!

i loved last year but im really impressed with the quality of the dancers this year, there are a number of celebs who could make it to the final and thats making it more interesting for me, last year you knew it would be jill and diane but this year its really open
