According to the interview Chef Ramsay makes £250 million a year! Is that right?

Probably charges £50+ for a plate of egg and chips only it's called oeuf ala frites and the egg and chips are cut in a specific way.

I had to go back and reread that!

Surely they mean £250,000 and it's an error?
