When the camera is in "viewfinder" mode, you can press that to take a picture.
Pretty useless really. What network do you have yours on? I have the Orange variant and they've ruined it.....horrible side bar on the front page, which is also GREY and the colour cannot be changed. They've disabled the analouge clock and have made it so the front screen looks dull and grey no matter what theme is loaded up. The phone keeps crashing, is slow and sluggish - I'm considering swapping it for a D600 under my 14day exchange. How you getting on? |

My mates' got an N70 on Orange, mine's on Voda... I actually quite like their side bar compared to my active standby - however, my N70 allows you to assign shortcuts to up, down, left and right on the navi key, where as his only allows up and down!
Mine has a few niggles - isn't amazingly quick when browsing gallery, and has crashed a handful of times but nothing a firmware update won't fix when the next one's released... |

Although I exchanged my N70 for a Samsung D600 and the homescreen on that is quite useful - not as intrusive as the horrible grey one on the Nokia, |

Hmm, I think I 'll make sure I get a good look at my N91 working if I get it from orange (when it comes out, and I have the money to get it etc.).

I have just got a N70 on Three, really good phone, great battery life, no problems yet. Also, the charger adapter for old chargers which is included is a really good idea.

A symbol has appeared on my N70 and I don't know what it is. It is under the battery meter, in the same place the symbol that shows your keys are locked is. It is a horizontal line, which curvers up at one end. It is like this " ____/ " it is really annoying and I can't get rid of it, does anybody know what it is?
Thanks. |

Thanks. Bit odd. Don't know WHY it does it, but the above should fix it. |

The random switching off thing isn't restricted to N70s. It's a known problem on several handsets. I've got a 7600 (the square thing), and this was a problem I found out about from a couple of user forums. It's a pain in the arse!
