Hello. Where can I get a list of mobile operators from?

I have had a monthly contract with Cable and Wireless Business Mobile for about five years. I know that my network is one2one / T-Mobile but Business Mobile (based in Warrington) were bought out by a company who subsequently renamed to something else.

I need the customer service number so I can alter my account.

Anyone know who now owns C&W Business Mobile or where I can find a current list of mobile operators? (A bit like that "Lyngesat" website of all the satellite channels.)

Have you tried asking in uk.telecom.mobile? There's lots of people on usenet with far too much obscure information for their own good.
