Hi, I have decided to set up a petition here (since the BBC seems to read the forum) to make it known that Scottish Viewers of It Takes Two want to be able to see Thursday's edition like everyone else!! If enough people sign here they might take some notice, so I hope all you non Scots will support us too.

So I Startwirler 3 am here to start the Petition, and say please let us Scots see ITT on Thursdays too.

I'm with you! I hate that we don't see Thursday's show, it's just annoying! They could show it in Scotland at midnight or one in the morning, I wouldn't mind, at least we would have the chance to see it. It's discrimination against the Scots not to let us see it at all.

I hereby support the right of EVERY licence fee payer to watch the Thursday edition of It Takes Two. You should not be discriminated against because of your location - it's a postcode lottery!

Ahhh it's not fair that just because you live in Scotland that you miss out on the Thursday edition. What rubbish do they put on instead???
I also agree that you should get the show on that day too, as it is usually the one that Craig does his prediction....Kaye

Oh you've got my vote.

(and my ma's too, by proxy)

It's a right pain missing Thursdays ITT, I make sure I watch every other day, but on a Thursay we've all to talk Gaelic....Gaelic my @rse!

OK, BBC2 Scotland is 'committed' to Gaelic programming, fine, but at least show ITT later on (I'd prefer 8 rather than midnight, as a previous poster said) but us poor scots have been worn down by the english for so long, that we will take what were given, we're used to it now.

Such a worthy cause I'd be LIVID if they started deciding in Ireland to have gaelic programming and it meant I missed ITT. Come on BBC dont be so mean!

I also live in Scotland; however, if you have Sky, you can watch BBC2 from England (channel 959).

I'm with you here in Glasgow - I understand the need for gaelic programming but don't know why they can't show ITT at a different time...

Count me in - for all those that aren't lucky enough to have Sky. I know how gutted I would be if I were in the same situation!

Thats what i do too. I still think it should be on bbc2 so it gives everyone a chance to see it. Maybe this might help people who have sky and didn't realise you could get it.

I'm adding my vote too- I used to watch it on Sky when I was at home, but now I'm away I don't have that luxury, and it makes me so / when it's over on a Wednesday and I don't get to see it again till Friday.

I emailed the BBC about this but they still haven't got back to me.

I'm voting for y'all too! Maybe at least the BBC could put ITT on digital TV on Thursdays so you could access it by pressing the red button?

I'd be on the train down to England every Thursday if it was me. No, I'd move.

While we're on.... WE NEED REPEATS. My video player isn't recording right so I need repeats! (sorry for going off topic)

Hi Everyone, I have been waiting for my registration to become active, but have been following the threads re ITT missing from the Scottish schedules on Thursdays.

Consider me signed up too.

Sign me up to.

I actually have sky so can watch it on BBC2 England - basically BBC2 anywhere else but Scotland.

I understand the BBC wanting to promote gaelic programmes. I have had correspondence with them about football on BBC Scotland, but that was a waste of time.

The other things that really annoys me is BBC Scotland's devotion to River City

I got an email back from the BBC, which wasthe same as someone else got earlier- basically saying that because it uses phone voting, they can't show it again. In my view, there are dozens of ways around this- plenty of other shows manage it, and I've emailed them back saying just that.

Besides, we all know the real reason they won't show it later- they don't want to pay the repeat fees- or should I say, they don't want to use the license money that I pay them to pay for repeat fees so that I can see practically the only show I even watch on the BBC. But, whatever, it's only our money, after all, and it's not as though what we think even matters to them; after all, we're only the viewers, and Scots as well, so it's not like our opinions actually count for anything...

Okay, end rant here. I'm sorry, I'm just in a generally foul mood, and I'm not much of a fan of being fobbed off with some lame excuse. At least they could have the decency to give me an honest answer.

Okay, seriously, shutting up now.

That is rubbish and a very weak excuse by the BBC imo. They used to repeat the daily ITT type show (can't remember it's name ) that accompanied Strictly Dance Fever at about 11pm every evening and that show had phone ins too. All they did was put a little caption up saying that the phone lines were now closed. Why can't they do that for ITT?

I think it's outrageous that viewers in Scotland don't get ITT on Thursdays. I can't believe that there isn't any other time in their entire schedule that the infamous Gaelic programme can't be shown. I appreciate that they feel they need to show it, but at the expense of such a popular show seems ridiculous. There must be something else they can take off instead of ITT.

Count me in for your petition.

And it's hardly a repeat if they show it at a different time. It's not a repeat for the SCottish viewers!
