I live in Scotland and refer to Thursdays as the bl**dy gaelic night. We have had to put up with this for ages!!!
I understand all about the public broadcasting obligations but as far as I am aware, in the STV region, which covers the central belt of Scotland, gaelic was never a first language. We have spoken 'Scots' for hundreds of years which is a dialect of English.
I would be interested to know the ratio of Gaelic speakers living in the central belt versus ITT fans?
Put the Gaelic stuff on later and let us have our ITT along with the rest of Britain.
