They're talking about Spencer/Kate but Alex told kate that jade told him that Kate & Spencer "fiddled with each other" under the covers 7 Kate sounded shocked. Alex has gone to get them drinks.

Alex was saying something about Kate and Spencer fiddling under the covers and then he told her to think about it while he went to get them both a drink. Cut to adverts.

Jade has been so sneaky lately, and they all now realise what a housemate she has been.

Basically, Alex is telling Kate that Jade has talked behind her back and backstabbed her consistently, and Kate's ready to floor her.
