Unbelievable - Sharon sure has inherited some of her father's traits. The Publicity Machine is in overdrive. But....to use a woman dying with stomach cancer to promote Chico Slime's ballad is beyond belief. Is the Sun Newspaper on your payroll Sharon??
It goes to show just how dignified Andy's performance has been. To have lost his mother during the competition and still go on and perform......well I for one take my hat off to him. He's a MAN and Chico is a WIMP!!!
Wonder if Chico had lost his mother during the competition what the Sun Newspaper would have made of that?? Is there nothing the Osborne Crew won't do to cover up the fact that Chico Slime CAN'T sing and CAN'T dance?

But how would you feel if one of your friends was seriously ill with stomach cancer and you were singing a song they liked on the show, you dedicate to them......(publicity stunt or not) and then read all the negative things said about the subject?
I'd feel pretty bad if it was me
I understand all these posts on here are opinions, I just don't agree with them

Then you are living in Never Never land. Terminal Illness is a private and devastating period in someone's life especially for close friends and relatives. My father passed away with cancer and spent his last few weeks in a Hospice. It's extremely undignified to drag the fact that you know someone who is dying, into a Talent Competition. It's horrible in fact but justifies everything I've ever thought about Chico. Sharon IMO you are now scraping the gutter to keep your boy in the show. Own up he can't sing and he can't dance. Next we will have the contestants dedicating songs to their next door neighbour's sick rabbit. In the hope, of course, that it will glean a few more votes!

If Chico (((MEGA-CHICO-TIME))) parted the Red Sea himself, there would still be critics on the banks shouting "Hey Chico, you've left a few rocks in the way!"

I'm sincerely sorry for your loss dogwalker, but I think it's unwise to include it in a thread such as this. I understand that this story may have reignited your grief in some way, but I don't think it fair to blame Chico for this.

No - we'd be surprised though!! People don't like frauds and Chancers and that's just what Chico is. He would sell his Moroccan granny to win a few more votes in X Factor. He'd run an advert in the Sun Newspaper.

How on earth do you know how Chico's friend is feeling???
Just because you've had a similar experience (which is truly awful), that doesn't make you the authority on terminal illness!!! People are all different-dying or not....
We don't know that Chico's motives are not selfless....how can we?
We don't know anything about Sharon's involvement in this either...
I just think it was a bit silly to release this story to the press...

How do you know that? And how do you know the other contestants wouldn't?

Perhaps if you had spent time in a Hospice (as a visitor) you would understand how low Chico and his Mentor have sunk. Especially giving the story to the Sun Newspaper. Is Chico going to publish an edict about that? Telling us all how upset he is that those he trusted have leaked his story to the newspapers!!!

You are so right about Sharon. Read recently that Tabby wasn't too happy at his son's picture being used on the show, so maybe Chico won't be too happy about this. As you say Sharon Osbourne written all over it.

Uhmmmmm because they haven't and Chico has rung every little drop of publicity he can from Sharon's publicity machine.

Why do you presume that I haven't spent time in a hospice? I don't think this is the place to discuss subjects of that nature, do you?

Yes but your experiences have nothing to do with Chico or his friend do they??? Most people have visited a hospice at some point y'know...what's that got to do with this?

How do you KNOW that. You don't do you? How do you KNOW that Chico is responsible for these stories? And how do you know that the other contestants are not as nasty and conniving as you say Chico is?

Because we've seen Chico Slime from day one. Sucking up to Sharon O and telling her how beautiful she is. Chico was the one crying about how his friends are leaking stories about him to the newspapers. Funny we don't get the same sort of publicity for any of the other contestants. Who are quietly going about their business of singing their songs. Even Andy kept quiet that his mother had died.
Chico is horrible!!

Yeah but we only see what the program makers want us to see. We are made to feel a certain way about people by the kind of coverage they are given on the show. It's just like a soap opera....don't believe everything you see!!
We don't know that Chico really is slimey or that Andy really is a great guy.....we just go on the bits of information we see on the show. I take that side of things with a big pinch of salt....

I'll agree with you on that! The GBP are certainly being sold a soap opera with X Factor.
