God, this show gets worse every week.
Was not impressed with the soundchecks tonight. Shayne may have sounded good, but my face was red with embarrassment watching him dancing. And what have they done with his hair?! It's as if he's trying to be a clone of JT. He is nowhere near as talented as Mr. Timberlake. It looked like a Stars In Their Eyes performance to me, but we'll wait and see what happens tomorrow. I didn't think I knew the song that the Conways were singing, but I do. It's a really good choice for them actually. The beginning sounded great, but as others have said, it fell apart a bit. I wish them the best of luck for tomorrow, but I think they'll 100% be in the bottom two. |

i agree the conways will be bottom 2 if they sing 2moro how they did 2nite.
i think nicholas has an amazing voice. one of the critisicms (sp?) i read a lot on here is that he has no personality and he is dull which is what i was referring to when i sed i hope people warm to him. people liking him as a person and not just performer cant hurt his ratings |

its reallys annoys me when all the guests go on about how gorgeous MAria is, it must be annoying for the other female acts who are just as pretty IMO and i really dont think Maria is all that.
Yeah going on todays show i thought Nicholas came across the best, ![]() Shayne did sound good in his soundcheck so im looking forward to his performance tomorrow. |

From day one with this lad I saw something a shyness then everyone kept on about belt.. he is showy.. get real the most unshowy lad in the comp for me.. he is laid back.. no he is not and Nicholas will prove his doubters wrong as tonight we saw what he really is.. A DAMN nice guy... he has something about him I cannot put my finger on and THAT is always good.. when I can see oh yes you are another clone.. Shayne.. another DIVA Brenda.. someone in disarray.. Maria.. then I see a lad that many have actually missed....bottom 2 I hope not Nicholas as you can sing and boy can you move.. for me.. you may just split my vote tomorrow.
GG Conways GO HOME please.. that was not good at all what was he raving about.. can sing.. really.. I was in the bar after one song on the Westlife tour... so was everyone else.. most annoying I had to queue |

Sadly, size 12 is fat by pop standards...
You have to be a size 8 to be seen as viable. Chenai lost weight didn't she between the boot camp and live rounds and i don't think it was her choice... |

that's one of the hardest to understand. I'm not trying to disrespect Scottish people but I have a friend who's Scottish and every sentence I have to ask him to repeat 3 times before I can understand him.You could be right about Chenai but I really don't think her accent had anything to do with it, I think it was other factors that did it, well it was for me anyway

![]() . How did Michelle McManus manage to win a similar contest? Because the public developed a soft spot for her over several weeks.

And yet the idiotic voice coach for CS tonight, not only insults women with curves, but then he states this "this is a singing contest". No it is not Sunshine. It is the x factor. The winner will be the person that captures the public's imagination. And that person may not be the best remaing vocalist in the contest. Go for it Chico. |
