Yes and until they start singing their own original material then all the singers will draw comparisons with the original singer particularly with a well known song.

That's very true. I think that the Conways Wilson Phillips number is dubiously similar to the original. They only get away with it because they don't look much like them and they have one extra band member!!

And, more to the point, because the majority of the viewers will have no idea what Wilson Philips look like or sound like.
