LIVE SHOW: Saturday 12th November 2005
Ok, I realise I am starting a new thread on an already crowded board but...
... it's Saturday! And we always have a thread for the live show. Yes it is 10.50am, but... ... it's still Saturday! I have to make myself do some studying before 6.45pm but till then I willbe very excited as tonight promises to be a cracker ![]() The Injuries Bill has a big question-mark over his head because of his reaction to his ankle plaster and dressing. Colin has a heel injury and to a lesser degree, James has ongoing back problems. The Dances The samba is for me, one of the most fun to watch, both when done very well, for the sheer joy, and when done badly, it looks more comic than anything else - remember Julian's maracas Colin could finally show us why he is the favourite, wil Patsy set the floor alight or is she as stiff as the preview showed? The Viennese waltz has been hyped up as causing serious endurance and dizziness problems with some of the couples - how much of this is talk? The Outfits Samba outfits are the best: both male and female. Yesterday's ITT promised much. And the VW means we'll see some more lovely flowing gowns again. The Show Dance I have no idea what it will be, but it always the highlight of my weekend, and the VCR will be at the ready ![]() *squeals in anticipation* |

I have my day planned out so the bottle will be opened at 6.44pm and dinner served between the end of SCD and the start of the results show which will be accompanied by a glass of something stronger than wine - for medical purposes obviously Can't wait, roll on 6.44pm

Will there be a Show Dance tonight considering the results show is only 15 minutes long? That doesn't leave much time for anything really.

I just hope they've all managed to get over this problem as it would be terrible for any of the participants to have their chances ruind by such a thing. Glen |

When I said hype, what I meant was that more was being made of it by Claudia and the producers than was actually yhe case. As in, the couples on the night will not have any major problems.
I'd feel sick and dizzy though I must admit.Anita, when did you hear Bill would be ok - that's great news! Oh and I also checked Radio Times and saw that we only have 15 mins for the results show - I've got my fingers crossed that we'll still get a professional dance (they don't last more than 5 minutes or so) and they'll just cut out the 'live music act' bit. England had better beat Argentina after we've lost half our results show because of the fixture! |

Will
Got off lightly with those votes. The judges are acting very oddly this series.

I liked Colin & Erin, but Colin's arms were lacking something for me (I agree about everything else being good)

I loved the end of their routine! Those turns were beautiful where Karen turned then Bill etc.
Oh, Bruno just said the same thing! Now I'm in tears! Vote vote. They were great! |
