I've never liked Shayne but his Justin Timberlake song was fantastic and he looked like a real superstar. His dancing was perfect and in keeping with the backing dancers. I agreed with tthe judges that he's more suited to this sort of song.

Those of you determined to hate his performance because of the song should really now be eating your hat. It's just nice to see him not doing his usual love ballads (insert puking smiley here).

I loved Shayne tonight he should go on to win . But I will always vote for Chico as hes brilliant. But am sure Shayne will win the contest and he will be a good winner too.

ive never likes tht song but now i love it. SHayne was fab tonight and you cant disagree. If Simon cowell says to you with the right songs in 2-3 years time you could be the biggest selling male soloist in the uk well you know it was good!! Go Shayne

Shayne was like a weird Justin Trousersnake tribute act tonight. Bizarre and not all that good.

I disagree - I think he's really overrated.

Loved it on xfactor xtra when Ben told him to take out his chewing gum when he talks

Shanye was worst than I expected tbh, he didn't add anything to the song imo it was kinda kareoke.

Yes I can - and will.

As I was only listeningto Shayne's singing - I can confidently say that he was being drowned out (yet again) by the backing singers.

This is now the second time I've noticed this with Shayne - perhaps his singing is not as good as they thought and the backing is made louder to protect him ....

I don't think Shayne was great tonight. He was better than the last two weeks, but not great. The parts of the song he couldn't get the notes were drowned out by the backing singers so it covered up his bad bits.

I can disagree, if I want you know!!

Anyway, Shayne was better than I expected, to give him his dues, but I don't think he was brilliant at all,and he pretty much ripped off Justin Timberlakes look, style and dance routine's! He also didn't display one single moment of originality in his version of the song.

And if Shayne does become the biggest male soloist in the UK in 2-3 years I really will be happy to eat my hat!!

I think Shayne stinks at singing and he's arrogant and up himself! And why does he have such a pretentious way of spelling his name?

Simon probably only said what he did so the Louis would waste a lot of money on him, which would be funny.

Well I would much rather eat my hat that listen to that dire Justin Timberlake impression again.
