I'd like to make it clear i don't have a favourite. a couple of weeks back, Shayne was my favourite, other weeks I've placed people like Andy and Nicholas much higher, Journey South much lower.

i'm impartial. So this is just my view on the performance TONIGHT (12/11):

1. Brenda - Excellent this week. Natural.
2. Maria - Good effort.
3. Journey South - A good effort, it was a pretty sound performance.
4. The Conway Sisters - Much better than last week.
5. Shayne - Decidedly average.
6. Andy - More of the same really.
7. Nicholas - Poor. Has been bad IMO since his rendition of Marvin Gaye.
8. Chico - Terrible. He's tried his best but he just can't sing. Sure, he's entertaining, but shouldn't be sacrificed for other, more talented acts.

1. Chico - he's an entertainer and though his balladeering ain't great, he's shown he can throw in the odd slower number to his act. He'll never be mega but will definitely get a big career boost off the back of the show

2. Journey South - good competent musicians; seem like really nice guys and want it so much. They'll never be mega but will definitely get a big career boost off the back of the show

3. Brenda - is really growing as the competition develops. Will never be mega but will definitely get a big career boost off the back of the show

4. :yawn: Andy - OK voice but overall bland performer. Will never be mega but will definitely get a big career boost off the back of the show

5. :yawn: Maria - OK voice but not as good as many other similar acts. Will never be mega but will definitely get a big career boost off the back of the show

6. Shayne - average performer; highly unlikeable. Will sulk if he doesn't win.

7. Conways - Just not up to it. Time to go back to doing popular covers at weddings and cabaret.

8. WTF - can't see what all this 'potential' is about. can't sing and zero personality.
